Japan Government confirms Radiation leak

Japan's governmenrt has confirmed that there is in fact radiation leak at the Fukushima Nuclear plants. The government advises that all Asian countries should take precations and remain indoors if it rains, at least for the first 24 hours. Also all windows and doors should stay closed. Swab neck skin with betadine, where the thyroid area is (i.e the center part of the neck) because that's where radiation is most likely to hit first.
To the people in the Philippines watch out, radiation MAY hit your area starting 4pm (16:00) today.
