Married Folks Gather Here! They Say 5:48 is the Best Time to Have Sex, How True is this?

Most people have sex between 11 PM and 1 AM, according to a study. 

Nevertheless, Twitter user Mayowa's post has got Nigerians divided on the best time to have sex.

He said:

Hey, married folks, stumbled on this. 5:48 is the best time for good sex Early morning sex? Male and female sexual instincts reach their climax at different times of the day, and there is only a small time window in which hormonal conditions are optimal for both partners. --

I think this is an interesting study, because how many married folks are awake at 5:48 AM to have sex?

In between waking up to get the kids ready, prepare for work, make breakfast and lunch and then head out of the home, a 5:48 AM sexual encounter is pretty much a non-existent thought for many couples. 

But, I might be wrong. 

I am just looking at it from my own point of view.

No wonder a lot of married men in Lagos are unfaithful. At 5:48, they are on 3rd mainland bridge rushing to beat the early morning traffic.

and @monuluwaS didn't feel like Lagos people had taken the poll.

That research didn't consider Lagos people o. When both of them don enter Obalende/CMS bus. Hian!

I did manage to dig up other articles that discussed the best time of day to have sex. 

While Men'sJournal calls an 11 PM to 1AM sex, THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME TO HAVE SEX, Independent says it depends on your age. 

Independent also went on to suggest that thirty-year-olds have sex in the early hours of the morning around 8:30 AM. 

And they advice forty-year-olds to have it at night, sometime after 10 PM as that is the time fourty-year-olds "feel more alert".

Now, I do appreciate the Independents study however for some couples that have a n eight to 20 year gap (or even more), it's interesting what they think about all these sex studies.
